Having struggled with depression a few years ago, I have found its great to vent. Its healthy to write down your feelings, as what I found with depression is, you don't know you have it until its too late

 

So what I will be providing is a weekly blog about my week. If you get chance to read it please do, if not, not too worry, its merely a way for me to vent without chewing the wifes ear off!
